Orders are received after payment has cleared. For faster processing please pay VIA ACH or Wire Transfer. We use FedEX Next Day, Ground and USPS depending on the item.
Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange only. Closeout items, special orders, and altered jewelry (including ring sizing) are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
